On March 19, 2022, 24-year-old Oleksandr Lutsenko was transporting humanitarian aid to the village of Mykolayivka in the Vyshhorod district when he encountered an enemy convoy.

Despite lacking any justification, the occupiers forcibly detained Oleksandr and transported him to the VIKNALAND plant, where other civilian prisoners were being held. Subsequently, Oleksandr was transferred to Russia.

Currently, the Red Cross has verified that Oleksandr Lutsenko remains in captivity.
